I offer regular sessions centered on mindfulness meditation and heart-focused practices like lovingkindness. Returning awareness to both body and heart is a recurring theme in every session, and we often explore ways to untangle habits of mind as they relate to these two centers of experience. Each session closes with time for sharing and questions.
All of my offerings come through a mystical, psychedelic-friendly lens, drawing inspiration from Buddhist and other traditions. These sessions are suited for anyone integrating—or preparing for—expanded states of consciousness, whether psychedelic or not. You can read more about my teaching approach here.
This offering is for those interested in learning meditation or deepening their practice one-on-one. Let me know your intentions for our time together, and I’ll tailor the practices to best support you. Some of the practices I often return to include body awareness, RAIN, lovingkindness, and self-compassion. Please reach out to schedule a time that works for you.
Reach outThese retreats provide an opportunity for deeper practice by alternating sitting/stillness meditation with walking/movement meditation. Extended periods of meditation can be incredibly supportive for integration, offering a spacious break from our busy schedules or challenging situations—a time of true refuge. I’m currently developing this offering and hope to have in-person events soon. Join my mailing list to receive updates.
My offerings do not include the use or ingestion of plant medicine or psychedelics.

Finally, if you’re feeling highly dysregulated—especially after a challenging experience—group meditation may not be the best immediate step. In those cases, I suggest working with an integration coach or a somatic experiencing practitioner to help process the energy before beginning a meditation practice.
