Introduction I’ll introduce a meditation practice. Guided Sit We’ll meditate together for 20-30 minutes. Questions & Sharing Time to ask questions and share experiences. Silent Sit We’ll conclude with a period of silent meditation.
This offering is for those interested in learning meditation or deepening your practice one-on-one. During our time together we may sit for a short meditation and then discuss anything you may want to work through or learn before doing a longer sit. The time is flexible and I’ll gauge what practice could be most supportive to you. The primary practices I offer are body scans, RAIN, lovingkindness, and self-compassion.
