Drop in for a few meditation sessions this June! Each session will last an hour and will be a blend of meditation and question time. Zoom registration links below.

Guided Sit
We’ll meditate together for 20-30 minutes.

Questions & Sharing
Time to ask questions and share experiences.

Silent Sit
We’ll conclude with a period of silent meditation.

This offering is for those interested in learning meditation or deepening your practice one-on-one. During our time together we may sit for a short meditation and then discuss anything you may want to work through or learn before doing a longer sit. The time is flexible and I’ll gauge what practice could be most supportive to you. The primary practices I offer are body scans, RAIN, lovingkindness, and self-compassion.
